Business Management Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize intra-bank referrals across the company.
• Streamline and automate existing manual processes to drive cross-border, cross-segment client onboarding.
• Support existing referral frameworks. Track and optimize revenue attribution, identifying high-potential client opportunities. Present insights and support referral strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Business (SMEs, Corporate Banking, Consumer and Private Banking), IBG COO, Business Development teams to scale referral-driven revenue across all markets.
• Work with Data and Finance teams to deliver timely management reporting and data-driven insights.
• Explore digital and data-driven solutions to uplift business revenue, supporting the wider Business Partnership & Initiatives Management team in the Mid-Cap & SME Regional Office.

Job Requirements:

• Min 4 years in banking, business management, analytics, finance, engineering, business development and/or change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong growth mindset.
• Digitally savvy, data-driven, and a desire to lead change and drive business revenue.
• Advanced user of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint. Adept user of Generative AI tools.
• Graduates with advanced qualifications but fewer years of experience are welcome to apply.
