Job description

QuESH is a dynamic team founded in 2007. With its extensive experience in business management, QuESH has assisted numerous organisations in achieving business excellence through certification and accreditation programs. To expand its team, QuESH is seeking an ISO Specialist.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to explore the business world, understand business operations, and derive satisfaction from helping clients on their journey to business excellence. It is not a typical 9 to 5 office job; instead, you will manage your own schedule, workload, and help businesses excel. If this resonates with you, this job is suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in attaining ISO Certification
2. Conduct audits on clients for ISO standards
3. Provide training to clients on ISO standards
4. Conduct public training and assessments on WSQ courses (e.g., Fundamentals of PDPA 2020, bizSAFE Courses)
5. Perform gap assessments on clients’ ISO management systems
6. Offer advice to clients on ISO-related matters
7. Develop ISO-related documentation

Requirements:

1. Singaporean citizenship
2. Higher Education qualification
3. Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining business management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, GDPMDS, bizSAFE, etc.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
6. Capability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations
7. Additional qualifications advantageous:
8. Lead Assessor Course for ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22000:2018; Practitioner Certificate in PDP Preparatory Course (2020); ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 or ISO 45001:2018
9. Information, Communication, and Technology-related courses
10. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
11. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer, Singapore
12. Registered Environmental Control Officer, Singapore
13. Qualified Fire Safety Manager, Singapore
14. Certified Practicing Management Consultant
