  • Act as a liaison for marketing events and assist the sales team.

Job description

Job Purpose

  • Support International Private Banking’s (IPB) Business Management in all administrative aspects

  • To provide administrative support to the Head of Private Banking

  • Act as a liaison for IPB marketing events

Business Management Support

  • Assist in IPB’s business management activities but not limited to:

  • Preparing management and performance reports

  • Following up internal and external audit activities to improve IPB’s operations

  • Coordinating “Business Continuity Plan” for the team

  • Tracking expenses within the budget allocation

  • Supporting the sales team through preparation and translation (between English and Chinese) of marketing materials and management of records and logs of the sales activities

  • Other business management support matters as requested by the Supervisor

Administrative Support

  • Arrange management meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on action points

  • Other administrative matters as requested by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • Strong bilingual (English and Chinese) communication/translation skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and networking capabilities

  • Data processing and analysis skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Team player with initiative and good attitude

  • Singaporeans only
