Responsibility:
Support IPB's Business Management in all administrative aspects.
To provide administrative support to the Head of IPB.
Assist in IPB's Business Management activities including but not limited to:
Preparing management and performance reports;
Following up internal and external audit activities to improve IPB operations;
Coordinating 'Business Continuity Plan' for the team;
Tracking expenses within the budget allocation;
Supporting the sales team through preparation and translation (between English and Chinese) of marketing materials and management of records and logs of the sales activities;
Other business management support matters as requested by the Supervisor
Arrange management meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on action points;
Requirements:
Strong bilingual (English and Chinese) communication/translation skills to liase with Mandarin Speaking counterparts
Interpersonal skills, networking capabilities;
Data processing and analysis skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Teamwork and initiative with good attitude of proactively discovering and solving problems.
