Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Management Analyst to provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support our business objectives. This role will involve analyzing key financial data, identifying trends, and offering insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience working with financial data.

What You'll Be Doing

• Consolidate month end financial results & prepare monthly reporting package
• Assist in conducting analytical reviews and provide insightful commentary for monthly management reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management
• Responsible for monitoring of monthly fixed costs against KPIs (Against Budget & Forecasts)
• Collaborate with various departments to understand costs variances and effectively communicate to the management
• Develop and enhance cost control measures over time
• Responsible for CAPEX Monitoring
• Assist in monitoring of product costing & margins
• Participate in full fledged annual budgeting, forecasting activities involving information collection, data submission & presentation package preparations
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business/Financial Analyst roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup or costing role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent and mature with a positive work attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
