Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate month end financial results & prepare monthly reporting package

• Assist in conducting analytical reviews and provide insightful commentary for monthly management reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management

• Monitor monthly fixed costs against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts

• Collaborate with departments to analyze cost variances and communicate findings to management

• Develop and improve cost control measures

• Monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX)

• Assist in tracking product costing and profit margins

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting, including data collection, consolidation, and presentation preparation

• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business/Financial Analyst roles

• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or costing environment is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines

• Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting

• Independent, mature, and possesses a positive work attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
