A leading retailer in Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving data strategy, project management, and IT governance to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business intelligence strategies and technology initiatives across applications, projects, and internal systems.

• Collaborate with business units and vendors to ensure project alignment, ROI, and quality deliverables.

• Oversee IT governance, security compliance, and risk management processes.

• Implement and manage business intelligence tools and data integration (ETL, MS SQL, SSIS).

• Foster a high-performance IT culture through team management and resource optimization.

• Ensure service excellence through effective change management and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail industry.

• Strong hands-on knowledge in MS SQL/SSIS; familiarity with Crystal Reports, QlikView, Excel VBA, and/or Python is a plus.

• Experience in Navision and ETL processes preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

• Able to provide occasional weekend/off-hours support.
