• Project Management Dashboarding (Priority): Design, build, and maintain a centralized project management dashboard to track the end-to-end drone production lifecycle.
• Requirements Abbreviation Quotations: Streamline the intake of customer specifications and improve data structures used to rapidly generate accurate technical quotations.
• R&D Program Optimization: Structure and analyze R&D workflows for custom drone modifications.
• Production Pipeline Analytics: Map manufacturing processes and deploy automated solutions to reduce handoffs.
• Testing & Quality Control: Implement data-driven tracking for drone testing phases and speed up defect resolution.
• Delivery Tracking: Develop optimized tracking systems for final product delivery and handover.

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end drone production lifecycle. Bridging the gap between engineering and business operations, you will build the systems, dashboards, and automated workflows necessary to drive continuous improvement from initial customer inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Dashboarding (Priority): Design, build, and maintain a centralized project management dashboard to track the end-to-end drone production lifecycle and provide real-time visibility for decision-making.
• Requirements "Abbreviation" "Quotations": Streamline the intake of customer specifications and improve the data structures used to rapidly generate accurate technical quotations.
• R&D Program Optimization: Structure and analyze R&D workflows for custom drone modifications to improve resource allocation, planning alignment, and time-to-market.
• Production Pipeline Analytics: Map the current manufacturing processes to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy automated solutions to reduce manual handoffs.
• Testing & Quality Control: Implement data-driven tracking for drone testing phases to monitor performance metrics, ensure quality control, and speed up defect resolution.
• Delivery Tracking: Develop optimized tracking systems for final product delivery and handover to ensure strict compliance with initial customer specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison connecting sales, engineering (R&D), and manufacturing teams to ensure operational goals are aligned.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and automated KPI pipelines across the entire production system to drive ongoing business process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
