Fragomen, a global leader in immigration and compliance services, is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst – Advisory & Compliance (WorkRight) to support the execution of our cutting-edge WorkRight employment verification platform.

This critical role ensures clients receive high-quality, efficient, and compliant right-to-work verification services. As part of the WorkRight team, you’ll contribute to process excellence, client engagement, and continuous innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Review WorkRight verification checks requiring further assessment
  • Engage with candidates and employees to collect outstanding documentation
  • Escalate unresponsive individuals to client HR teams per protocol
  • Advise on recurring issues for system improvement
  • Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical thinking

Operational Excellence

  • Guide clients through the WorkRight platform with technical understanding
  • Identify verification issues proactively and propose efficient solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of verification processes
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and client requirements

Communication

  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders
  • Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Actively listen and respond to colleague and client inquiries

Teamwork & Leadership

  • Share insights on right-to-work processes and case updates
  • Thrive in a culturally diverse environment
  • Adapt to changing policies, volumes, and expectations with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a structured, professional environment
  • Experience in immigration, visa processing, or case management is a plus
