Business Head Operations and Revenue Growth
The Business Head Operations and Revenue Growth will drive the strategic and operational agenda to enhance business performance, improve customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve aggressive revenue targets. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, financial acumen, and people leadership to scale the business profitably.You will define and execute business strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives. Identify new revenue opportunities, lead business expansion initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create business plans and performance benchmarks.Owning the company's top-line growth, profitability, and market share targets, you will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product/service enhancements and sales strategy. Develop and implement pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and customer acquisition strategies.Optimizing operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery will be a key responsibility. Drive digital transformation and process automation where applicable, establish KPIs, and ensure data-driven decision-making across departments.You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and finance. Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results, collaborating with investors, partners, vendors, and key clients as needed.Owning P&L responsibilities and financial forecasting, you will monitor business performance against goals and implement corrective actions as required. Prepare periodic reports and presentations for the board and stakeholders.Key Requirements:- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.- Experience: 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, revenue growth, or general management roles.- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving sustained revenue growth.- Skills: Strategic and analytical mindset, strong leadership and people management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in data analytics, CRM tools, and business performance software.KPIs / Success Metrics:- YoY Revenue Growth Rate- Customer Retention & Acquisition Metrics- Operational Efficiency (Cost per transaction, turnaround time)- EBITDA / Profit Margins- Market Penetration & Share- Employee Engagement & RetentionBenefits:- Cell phone reimbursement- Commuter assistance- Internet reimbursement- Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftWork Location: In person,
