    Working with one of the leading fire protection companies in India, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow the new business vertical for domestic and international markets. The hiring company, a medium-sized organisation specialising in safety solutions for the industrial and manufacturing sector, is known for its expertise in the fire protection industry, delivering innovative products and services to clients.As the Business Head (B2C & B2B), your responsibilities will include creating a professional organization to establish business in domestic and international B2C and B2B segments. You will be tasked with creating a sales network by appointing distributors with retailers across India and in international markets. Leading sales in B2C & B2B and corporate sectors in domestic and international markets, you will also strategize for Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to increase market penetration and sales. Managing customer relationships and sales team development will be crucial aspects of the role, along with creating strong brand awareness through multimedia channels in India and international markets. Continuous identification, sourcing, development, and selling of new products through the network will also be a key focus.The successful applicant for this role should have a strong background in B2C, B2B, and corporate sales for a minimum of 20 years, preferably from the Electrical Product or consumer goods industry, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking skills.
