As Business Head, you will take full ownership of HerbYvore’s P&L, strategy, team, and execution. You will spearhead the company’s go-to-market, scale operations across channels and geographies, and develop a high-performance, purpose-driven team. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone eager to scale a mission-aligned food brand globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy aligned with HerbYvore’s vision
- Set business objectives, OKRs, and KPIs to drive revenue, margin, and brand equity.
- Act as the primary spokesperson and face of the brand in key markets and partnerships.
2. P&L & Financial Management
- Own full P&L accountability including top-line growth, gross margins, and EBITDA.
- Build robust financial forecasting, cost optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Deliver investor-ready performance reports and manage business health metrics.
3. Marketing & Brand Growth
- Drive brand positioning, consumer segmentation, and performance marketing.
- Oversee digital, content, and PR strategies to build brand love and awareness.
- Lead product launches and campaigns tied to sustainability and lifestyle trends.
4. Product & Innovation
- Collaborate with R&D partners (e.g., SIT, Foodplant) to launch new SKUs and formats.
- Conduct market and consumer research to guide innovation pipelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and plant-based trends.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in FMCG, plant-based or consumer startups
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or business across multiple geographies
- Deep commercial and strategic acumen; comfortable owning the P&L
- Hands-on experience with D2C growth, retail partnerships, and GTM strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Passion for plant-based food, sustainability, and ethical consumption
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

- Prior experience working with R&D institutes or government-backed food initiatives
