Job description

We are looking for a #BusinessGrowthSpecialist for Messaging. If you excel in product sales, crafting solutions, and ensuring client success this role is perfect for you!

· 9 months contract role – renewable!

· This is for our client, Multinational Technology company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Business, working alongside Mid-Market Account Managers to analyze clients' goals and customer journeys.
  • Co-lead pitch presentations and propose custom solutions based on an in-depth understanding of the company's Messaging tools and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen relationships with client stakeholders, including those in business, technical, and customer experience roles
  • Present impactful value propositions and business cases, designing commercial structures that deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and create robust client plans to achieve business objectives, including monitoring forecasts, resolving risks, and removing barriers to success.
  • Gather client feedback through both formal channels and informal discussions, using insights to identify areas for improvement and communicate needs effectively to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex systems and leading data-informed discussions.
  • Strong executive presence, with experience fostering trust and articulating value to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience or expertise in the messaging industry.
  • Capacity to influence executive-level stakeholders and establish meaningful connections.
  • Familiarity with the messaging ecosystem in Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia; knowledge of digital media is a plus.
