Main role and responsibility :
1. Business Strategy establish and execution Leading

• Online Sales Strategy Development and Operation Management ( Company Mall , E-comerce)
• Retail Sales Strategy Development and Operation Management (B2C, B2B)

2. Business objectives and Performance Management

• Set goals and create a plan to achieve them
• Sales performance and KPR management
• Profit and Loss Analysis and Cost Management

3. With HQ Strategic Partnership role commitment

• Setting and adjusting business direction through close cooperation with headquarters
• Manage business in accordance with headquarters policies and guidelines
• Headquarters Reporting and Communication

Qualifications Requirements :
1. Career :

• 8-10 years or more of sales / sales management experience ( required)
• New business / market entry experience
• Sales / Sales management experience in the Singapore market ( required )

2. Education :

• University graduate or higher ( regardless of major )

3. Competency :

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• 5+ years of sales management experience ( required )

4. Language :

• Fluent in Korean read and Speaking
• Fluent in English (Native level )
• Preference will be given Korean who can speak English and Chinese
