Job description

    As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Business Finance function to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. You should possess a highly strategic mindset and be able to think creatively to provide innovative solutions to complex financial problems. Working closely with Cross-functional Senior Leadership and Finance Team, you will develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans. Your duties will include managing cost center budgeting/forecasting, analyzing results monthly, and ensuring financial operations" compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee all financial reporting, analysis, planning & forecasting, and provide support for M&A activities such as due diligence, valuation, and integration planning. Developing and implementing SOP, financial policies, procedures, and controls will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that team members have the necessary resources, tools, and support to execute their work effectively is crucial. You will be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead change initiatives as necessary while training and developing a high-performing team of finance professionals.The ideal candidate for this role should be a Qualified CA with 10-12 years of experience, having a strong Business Finance background and demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, planning, valuations, and variance analysis. Experience in M&A will be considered an added advantage. A solid understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills, along with attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role. Experience in a services organization is preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary.,
