Business Finance Manager - CA - E-commerce Industry - Upto 35 LPA

We are hiring for one of the e-commerce startups based in Bangalore. As a Business Finance Manager, you will be responsible for finance planning, strategy, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure optimal resource allocation. Analyze market trends and business performance, providing insights to senior leadership for growth and expansion.
  2. Operational Finance Management: Oversee financial operations across our technology-enabled supply chain. Implement and monitor KPIs for performance, efficiency, and cost management. Collaborate with operations teams on procurement, inventory, and logistics strategies.
  3. Investment & Funding: Lead efforts to secure funding, manage investor relations, and evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments.
  4. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Establish internal controls, audit practices, and governance frameworks.
  5. Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement using new technologies and best practices.
