Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Network Expansion
  • Assess opportunities for network expansion through detailed commercial, operational, and financial analysis.

  • Develop route proposals by integrating cargo demand forecasts, port capabilities, transit times, and competitor analysis.

  • Create cost-benefit models and financial simulations to support decision-making.

  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations for new trade lanes, shipping routes, or service enhancements.

  • Translate strategy into implementation plans, with clear milestones and performance metrics.

  • Track new initiative rollouts, ensuring smooth handover to execution teams and post-launch monitoring.

Business Development & Strategic Projects
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions through structured research and due diligence.

  • Assist in developing integration frameworks for any acquired services or entities.

  • Build synergy maps between acquired and existing operations to unlock business value.

Sustainability & Innovation
  • Monitor regulatory and sustainability trends and integrate these into planning.

  • Champion the development of “green corridors” and sustainable service models.

  • Keep pace with new technologies that improve network agility, cost-efficiency, or environmental impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate strategy, shipping & logistics planning, management consulting, or maritime analytics.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess risk, returns, and strategic fit.

  • Skilled in Excel financial modeling and familiar with shipping metrics
