Business Executive (Metal Department) | Up to 5.2K

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage sales/purchase order and issuance of contract by using in house system to ensure accuracy.
2. Handle risk management of market movement, customer credit monitoring & application, contracts and inventories.
3. Develop strong business building relationship with existing accounts and expand new sales/purchase accounts in both local & overseas markets.
4. Liaise with suppliers and customers to plan and manage logistics processes including freight forwarding, insurance, etc. according to the contractual requirement.
5. Management of budget and accounting issues within the department and provide guidance to sales coordinators in daily administrative duties.
6. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
7. Example: New Business Modelling (20%), Marketing (50%), Operational (30%).

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Degree qualification in Business or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in London Metal Exchange (LME) Listed commodity Trading (if possible).
3. Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good analytical skills, negotiation and communication skills.
5. Team player, good attitude and positive thinking towards change.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Able to travel and stay for meetings and checking production in the factory and mine, including regions such as S.E. Asia, India, China, and Africa occasionally.
