Description

-Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and the Singapore business and education channel and develop comprehensive account plans that align with our partners’ strategies and expand Apple's market share.-Establish and lead close working relationships with the senior stakeholders of key partners, to develop their sales efficiency and maximise the sales of Apple products to end-users.-Develop and manage a reliable forecast with partners, and ensure the disciplined use of Apple sales forecasting tools and processes.-Plan and align with key partners on quarterly marketing and channel activities, and hold regular performance and planning reviews with partners.-Plan and carry out training requirements, including working with Apple’s training teams to upskill key partners with vital skills to grow Apple’s Enterprise and Education business.-Work closely with Reseller Operations to forecast and influence product supply to meet and exceed sales forecasts.-Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Central Business Management Team, Marketing Team, etc., to develop and implement business development programs suitable for channel partners in the country.-Always represent the Apple brand to the highest level.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 8-10 years of professional experience in sales, channel management and/or relevant account management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Able to scale interaction at executive levels within the account on strategic matters.
  • Demonstrated consultative experience and developing channel growth strategies with partners where you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and influence key stakeholders, and drive business objectives through key relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations.
  • Proven track record in galvanising, developing and motivating cross-functional performing teams that may include diverse members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level executives. Genuine passion and excitement for Apple’s products.
