As part of our growth plan, we are actively seeking a Business Director with deep expertise in the education sector and international market development.

Job Description:

The Business Director will be responsible for driving our global expansion strategy in the education sector. This role requires a strong background in international education development, business growth, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in establishing our market presence abroad, forming strategic alliances, and overseeing regional operations in targeted countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute overseas business development strategies in the education industry
• Build partnerships with international schools, educational agencies, and institutional clients
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies in target regions
• Adapt and localize our educational offerings based on regional requirements and regulations
• Lead business negotiations and contract finalizations with overseas partners
• Represent the company at global education forums, industry events, and trade missions
• Provide regular reporting to the board on international KPIs and strategic progress

Requirements:

• Minimum education level: GCE 'A' Level, Higher NITEC, or equivalent international high school diploma
• Candidates with diplomas or degrees in Education, Business, or International Relations will have an advantage
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in business industry, with 3 or more years in overseas business marketing development managing role.
• Proven ability to lead international education expansion and build partnerships across markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
