Job Responsibilities
  1. Creating new business (Hunting)
  2. Developing local sales business opportunities
  3. Local customer acquisition through USP
  4. Building Sales Stationery
  5. Personnel management & team leadership of Field Sales
  6. Resource Management
  7. Inputting annual budget, forecasting (HDC, resources, etc.)
  8. Supporting sales team with complex offers & contract management (according to risk management system)
  9. Further development of the existing network with customers & business partners
  10. Collaboration on the strategic orientation of Industry, Retail & L&C
  11. Managing the organizational structure of Field Sales
  12. Setting KPIs for Field Sales
  13. Solution Selling (MyBizerba Contracts)
  14. Developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  15. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
  16. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
  17. Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  18. Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  19. Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  20. Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  21. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  22. Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
