Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
We are hiring! Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and client relationship management? Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive and work with global clients to drive growth and success. This role is for night shift only. Candidates must be comfortable working in U.S./international time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities in international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to PO (Purchase Order) finalization
- Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize client value
- Analyze data to support and improve sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, delivery) for smooth execution
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Prior experience in international business development or sales is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work night shifts
