Job summary

ISLURP is seeking a self-driven freelance Business Development Partner (Location Sourcing) to find and secure new locations for its fresh apple juice vending machines across Singapore. You will identify spots, connect with landlords, and manage the onboarding process from negotiation to deployment.

• Approach shop owners, building managers and leasing teams to secure agreements.
• Provide photos/videos of locations for fast approval (usually within 2 business days).
• Coordinate with the deployment team and introduce landlords on deployment day.

About ISLURP

ISLURP runs fresh apple juice vending machines across Singapore. Each machine presses whole Fuji apples on the spot, with no added sugar. We have 42 machines live with partners including NTUC FairPrice, Prime Supermarket, SMRT and SAFRA, and more machines ready to deploy now.

The role

We’re looking for a self-driven freelancer to find and secure new locations for our machines. You find the spots and connect us with the landlords. We handle the rest: rent negotiation sign-off, installation, restocking and maintenance.

What you’ll do

• Find high-visibility locations: mall entrances and exits, spots near food courts and kids’ play areas, HDB shops next to kopitiams, restaurant clusters or bus stops, and laundromats and massage parlours with space facing the street
• Approach shop owners, building managers and leasing teams
• Send us photos and videos of each spot and its surroundings so we can approve quickly, usually within 2 business days
• Introduce each landlord to our team on deployment day
• Send a short pipeline update every Monday

What you earn

Per location:

• S$200 when the location agreement is signed
• S$200 on Day 15 if the machine averages 17+ cups a day over its first 15 days
• A share of Gross Sales for the first 30 days, based on the machine’s average cups a day:

Commission on Gross Sales based on Avg cups/day (first 30 days)

A share of Gross Sales for the first 30 days, based on the machine’s average cups a day:

• 19 to under 24 cups/day: 10% of Gross Sales
• 24 to under 28 cups/day: 15% of Gross Sales
• 28 to under 32 cups/day: 25% of Gross Sales
• 32 or more cups/day: 40% of Gross Sales

First-location bonus:

• An extra S$200 on Day 30 for your first signed location if it averages 20+ cups a day

MORE Volume bonuses:

• S$1,000 when you’ve signed 10 locations
• A further S$1,400 when you reach 18 locations in total, so that's total of $2400 in bonuses for 18 locations

You’ll do well here if you

• Know Singapore’s neighbourhoods, malls and heartland shops
• Are comfortable walking in and talking to shop owners and property managers
• Can tell a busy, visible spot from a quiet one
• Work independently and follow through

This is not for you if send passive emails and hope to sign landlords, they not respond and need active engagement. Experience in F&B, retail, property or vending is a plus, but not required.
