Hiring Now: Business Development (Tender Specialist) – Corporate Gifts

Start Date: Immediately
Platform Experience Required: Ariba, VendorGov, GeBIZ, Tender Board
Salary Range (Basic + Commission + Incentive): SGD $3,000 – $12,000/month (performance-based)

About the Role:

We are a growing Corporate Gifts company seeking a Tender Sales Executive to lead our government and corporate tender submissions. If you're Meticulous, responsible and experienced in bidding on platforms like Ariba, VendorGov, GeBIZ, Tender Board and other related platform, this could be a great fit!

This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential for high performers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Source and bid for tenders on Ariba, VendorGov, GeBIZ, Tender Board and other related platforms

  • Manage tender documentation and submission process end-to-end

  • Liaise with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and product mockups.

  • Maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities

  • Deliver and collect sample products when required

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in tender (corporate gift) or a similar industry

  • Familiarity with Ariba, VendorGov, GeBIZ, Tender Board platforms

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

  • Basic Canva skills (for presentation/product visuals)

  • Basic Excel skills (for pricing and documentation)

  • Meticulous, responsible, and self-driven — we value a proactive and energetic work attitude!
