Job description

Key Purpose

Drive a steady stream of profitable renovation and fit-out projects by:

  1. Hunting new business,
  2. Preparing accurate tenders
  3. closing deals before handing them to the site team.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead generation – cold-call, walk industrial estates, network with MCST / FM contacts, revive dormant clients, and act on BCI Central and Gebiz alerts.
  • Tender preparation – study drawings and specs, compile material take-offs, obtain subcontractor quotes, draft clarifications, and submit on Gebiz or BCA e-procurement portals.
  • Sales closing – negotiate scope, pricing, and payment terms; secure Letter of Award or deposit; prepare a clear handover pack for supervisors.
  • Pipeline management – maintain a simple CRM showing lead stage, gross profit, and close date; submit weekly pipeline reports.
  • Account management – nurture long-term clients such as REIT facility teams, landlords, and HDB shop owners for repeat work.
Compensation
  • Basic salary: $3,000 – $3,500
  • Commission: 8-10% of profit per project (additional 3 percent once annual GP exceeds SGD 250 000)
  • CPF, annual and medical leave, phone and training support after KPI milestones

Working hours: Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm; alternate Saturday 9 am–3 pm (flexitime for client meetings)
