Job description

    You are a results-driven Team Lead- Business Development with team-leading experience, responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and managing a high-performance team. Your role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with domestic and international clients, and leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of business development executives or sales representatives. You will analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine outreach strategies, set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance metrics. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer service is essential to ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, you will represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings, and prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management.To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, with a minimum of 2 years of team management or team leadership experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Experience in the gems, jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce sector is preferred, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment is crucial.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including leave encashment and paid sick time.
