Qualifications

Business Development Strategy Collaboration

Planning: Work with the business development manager to create detailed production and delivery plans tailored to local market needs, involving analysis of market characteristics and factory capabilities.

Monitoring: Track and analyze the progress of the business development plan, collecting and analyzing data to assess performance against set targets.

Reporting: Regularly report findings and propose actionable optimization strategies to enhance business development effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Customer Communication and Service

Meeting Coordination: Assist the business development manager in organizing meetings with local and regional customers, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Material Preparation: Prepare comprehensive product introduction materials in multiple languages, especially in Chinese and English, to facilitate effective communication with customers.

Feedback Management: Actively follow up on customer feedback, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly, and maintain strong relationships to encourage loyalty and retention.

Order Processing and Follow-Up

Order Management: Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.

Production Coordination: Work closely with the production department at the Johor Bahru factory to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Logistics Communication: Communicate effectively with logistics and other departments, monitoring production progress and shipping status to provide timely updates to customers and ensure smooth order delivery.

Business Development Data Management

Data Organization: Organize and analyze business development data to generate insightful multilingual reports.

Performance Reporting: Present key metrics such as market performance, customer distribution, and product sales to support strategic decision-making.

Communication Bridge: Serve as a key link between the business development team and other departments within the Johor Bahru factory, including production, R&D, and after-sales support.

Market Feedback: Convey customer needs and market feedback to relevant departments to ensure products and services meet customer expectations.

Team Efficiency: Assist in overcoming language barriers in cross-departmental communications, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth business operations.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Diploma/Degree holder in any related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, operations, or a related field.

Proficiency in SAP is essential for effective order processing and data management.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.

Willingness to travel to India as required by the role.
