About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Senior Manager to drive growth in the Advanced Materials sector. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing partnerships that align with our long-term vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced materials applications across industries such as electric vehicles (EV), energy storage systems, energy, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in advanced materials.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Monitor industry developments and maintain a strong network within the advanced materials ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within advanced materials or related industries.
