A leading interior design company in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to strengthen client relationships and drive growth. You will prepare tender documents, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with teams to ensure project success. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of business development experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating and supporting the contract and business development team in tender / quotation bids.
- To prepare and submission for tender pre-qualification and vendor pre Registration process
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Proactively identify and generating new leads, pursue new business opportunities through variety of channels online & offline, and expanding client network within the local market.
- To follow up and attending to new incoming enquiry and leads
- To actively fix appointments and attend site meeting / survey when required
- Conduct business presentations and negotiations with clients
- Collaborate with other department to ensure seamless execution of sales , smooth project fulfillment & delivery.
- To regularly manage portfolio of existing and potential clients, companies track record and profiles.
- Provide regular reports on deals activities, pipeline progress and market trends
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Any other duties reasonably required
Requirements
- Preferably with minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design and construction industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Prior marketing experience is a plus
