A Web3 digital marketing agency is looking to expand its business in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing) to drive the growth and expansion of their agency's client portfolio. You will play a key role in generating new business leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, converting prospects into long-term partnerships, and managing the accounts on a long-term basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify potential clients and understanding their specific needs and pain points.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including emails, cold calls, and networking events, to introduce our services and create opportunities for collaboration.
  3. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
  4. Pitching and Proposal Development: Preparing and delivering compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Meticulously negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Collaboration: Working closely with our marketing and creative teams to align strategies, leverage resources, and create integrated solutions for clients.
  7. Market Insights: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for the agency.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Min 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role preferably within the digital marketing and branding industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web development principles
