Responsibilities:
Present and sell logistics products/services to both existing and prospective clients, addressing their unique needs.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to offer tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Generate new leads through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results within agreed timelines.
Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Provide regular market and sales insights to management, including customer feedback, competitive activities, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales or Sales Support within the Air and Ocean sectors of the logistics industry.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
