Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify potential sales opportunities early in the cycle to maximize business potential.
  • Deliver impactful business presentations, negotiate deals, and secure contracts in collaboration with internal business development teams.
  • Represent company at industry events, trade associations, and professional organizations to promote services and expand market presence.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations detailing market performance, revenue trends, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client quotations and inquiries to drive conversions and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to optimize customer solutions and maximize revenue.
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including client qualification, relationship building, needs assessment, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, track activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and keep CRM records updated with key opportunities and success factors.
  • Stay informed about company's service offerings and actively engage in training and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
  • Adhere to corporate governance policies and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of technical experience with sales responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Sciences preferred; other relevant degrees will be considered.
  • Experience in testing laboratories, construction chemicals, or dry mix industries is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of testing procedures and industry standards.
