Job description

Salary Structure: Basic + Commission / Bonus

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales in Singapore/Malaysia markets, achieving sales targets for the designated territory.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, structure and deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the territory, facilitating usage to maximize account revenue.

  • Own customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, handling inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives, contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1-3 years of B2B direct sales experience and a proven track record of success.

  • Experience in SaaS or data-driven businesses targeting the financial sector is preferred. Knowledge of KYC workflows is a plus.

  • Preferred clients include financial institutions or banks.

  • Familiarity with the financial sector in Singapore and a strong local customer network is advantageous.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients.

  • Proactive, highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
