The opportunity:

Our Business Development team is key to the success of our APAC sales efforts. You will be part of a growing global team, generating interest among qualified prospects in Singapore through outbound and inbound tactics, positioning Fireblocks as an industry leader. You will work with and learn from top professionals in fintech and crypto, with extensive product and sales training provided to ensure your success. This is a rewarding career move.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospects via phone, personalized emails, and video conferencing.
  • Identifying new accounts and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to improve lead qualification and scoring.
  • Developing and testing outbound campaigns to generate new opportunities.
  • Partnering with Sales to penetrate key accounts strategically.
  • Supporting product demonstrations with the Sales Engineering team.
  • Maintaining detailed activity notes and ensuring data accuracy in Hubspot/Salesforce.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and private events, with some travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior BDR/SDR experience in the technology sector, preferably software.
  • Experience in building a sales pipeline through lead qualification and opportunity development.
  • Proactive in seeking new opportunities via platforms like LinkedIn, Drift.
  • Ability to understand and pitch new products focusing on value proposition.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and accountability, including owning failures.

Experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto is a plus but not required. We offer comprehensive onboarding and training for all new employees.
