Business Development Representative II, ASEAN

With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced and largest intelligence company!

The Role: As part of the APJ sales team, you will serve as an Enterprise BDR—the frontline catalyst for revenue growth in named accounts. Through deep research, strategic outreach, and consultative discovery, you will build a high‑quality pipeline for our Account Directors in the ASEAN region.

We seek a driven self‑starter eager to learn and grow into a world‑class technology Account Director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect & Qualify: Identify, research, and engage C‑suite and VP‑level prospects across the named accounts.
  2. Outbound Excellence: Run multi‑channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
  3. Account Mapping: Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence: organisation charts, current technology stack, pain points, and buying committees.
  4. Discovery: Lead first‑call discovery, uncover pain points, explore how Recorded Future can add value, and secure a next steps meeting.
  5. Collaboration: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns.
  6. CRM Hygiene: Maintain flawless data in Salesforce.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Leverage coaching, call reviews, and enablement resources to refine messaging and objection‑handling skills.
Qualifications and What we are looking for:
  • Ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored.
  • Desire to pursue sales as a career.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful outbound experience, preferably in cybersecurity and SaaS product offerings.
  • Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise segments.
  • Able to engage confidently with executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑starter mentality with the agility to thrive in a high‑growth, data‑driven culture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
