About the Role

Matterport is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, high-energy individual to engage with prospective customers and build our SaaS pipeline, focusing on Mid-Market & Enterprise clients. The candidate should be self-disciplined, communicative, and capable of assessing prospects' needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  3. Develop strategic outreach approaches targeting specific markets and initiatives.
  4. Maintain high outbound activity to qualify leads and follow up effectively.
  5. Research assigned accounts to understand needs and facilitate follow-up.
  6. Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales and lead management processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' outbound business development sales experience.
  3. Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to qualify prospects using methodologies like PACCT or BANT.
  6. Willingness to commute to the Singapore office at least once a week.
