This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales or recruitment solutions and who thrives in a remote, performance-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, especially Talent Acquisition leaders, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full business development cycle
- Create and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor offerings to client needs
You Are:
- Experienced in B2B sales, recruitment tech, staffing services, or HR consulting
- Well-connected with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Directors, and hiring teams
- A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales workflows
