PRIMARY DUTIES:

THE ROLE
• A key collaborator to the Career Matching Programme's Career Consultants, Team Leaders and Business Manager.
• To partner with Team Leaders, mentor and support the Consulting Team, on addressing gaps in industrial knowledge, reverse profiling, and nominations for caseload progressions. Ensuring that the client’s barrier is properly diagnosed, and Resume is at the marketable level to ensure job placements.
• Able to identify, engage, and work with strategic partners, employers and collaborators to create new opportunities, which include intermediaries such as professional bodies, trade associations and chambers, unions, enterprises, self-help groups, to reach out to the underserved sectors.
• Develop employer engagement strategy for the covered sectors to build and maintain strong company partnerships within the targeted industry.
• Establish, grow and maintain the relationships with companies and organisations within the relevant sectors.
• Meet pre-determined Key Performance Indicators to maximize the achievement of employment outcomes and ongoing support targets by team members
SELECTION PRE-REQUISITES
• With proven track record working in B2B or B2C, partnering with Employers, handling recruiters / recruitments
• Good industrial knowledge within certain specific grow sector will be a plus point
• Good understanding towards labour market, government funding and programme, especially for Mid-Career Switchers.
• Evidence offsetting and achieving targets across a broad range of KPI’s.
• Hunter mentality, actively solicit for new accounts (Employers) and able to build long term relationship, managing both new and existing Employers.
• A team player, with good interpersonal skills, specifically around building rapport, listening, questioning, influencing skills to enable, build and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong communication (written and verbal at professional levels) as well as interpersonal skills. A confident persona that enables trust and credibility to be established quickly
• Fast learner and self-starter, who can adapt to a fast-changing environment. Able to develop strong industrial knowledge and relationships, and in time to come, to be recognised as the Industrial Expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Tertiary education in any discipline.
