This role requires a multi-skilled individual who can generate leads, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent client relationships.If you have a passion for sales, strategy, operations, and client success, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital platforms. Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard new clients. Build relationships with potential clients and pitch agency services. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and proposals.Operations & Project Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and ad specialists to meet client requirements. Ensure smooth workflow, from onboarding to project delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Client Management & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction. Regularly update clients on campaign performance, strategies, and optimizations. Handle client escalations, feedback, and ensure quick resolutions. Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
