About Us:

Opus Verticals Pte Ltd is a Seafood Importer/Exporter and Distributor operating in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Southeast Asian region.

Position:

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  2. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively across email, messaging apps (WhatsApp, Line, WeChat), phone calls, and face-to-face meetings with local and international clients and partners.
  3. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets. Keep accurate records of activities and provide regular performance reports.
  4. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with marketing and management to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Education & Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development. Experience in renovation trade is a plus.
  2. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and in a team. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  3. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, creative, and a problem solver. Willing to travel as needed.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese required. Japanese skills are a plus but not mandatory.
