Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will lead business development efforts for FSS in the Oil & Gas and Process markets, focusing on increasing penetration in local and global ecosystems to support the growth plans of the FSS Business Unit. The role emphasizes boosting FSS brand awareness and demand in Indonesia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role serves as the primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development representative for UCT Fluid Solutions within the Oil and Gas industry. Responsibilities include driving business growth in Indonesia by understanding UCT FS products, industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, primarily through expanding the company's market reach.

Objectives:

  1. Achieve significant growth in Indonesia's Process Market as defined by the FSS branch Director.
  2. Support ongoing local account management.
  3. Train customers on products and services.
  4. Conduct technology review meetings (TRM) with customers.
  5. Introduce new products, offerings, and promotions.
  6. Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, technology market trends, and competitors in Indonesia.
  7. Identify and recruit new customers and distributors to expand market reach.
  8. Collaborate effectively with site personnel managing existing accounts, providing local meeting support and technical assistance as needed.

Educational/Certification Requirements:
