We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the interior design industry (commercial office fit out). This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Director in strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through various marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Secure meetings with clients or consultants, deliver compelling presentations, and introduce the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
  • Coordinate with technical and design departments to deliver tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the Interior Design, Construction, or Property industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
