1. Business Development & Product Expansion
Identify and develop new product lines in accessories and industrial equipment.
Strategically integrate new offerings into existing sales channels.
Lead market research to uncover opportunities in MRO and special consumables.
2. Sales Growth & Market Penetration
Expand the MRO consumables segment, focusing on high-value or specialized products.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Technical Sales Support
Provide technical consultation for welding consumables as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs.
Deliver product training and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Technical background in welding consumables is essential.
Proven experience in business development or industrial sales.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Familiarity with MRO products and B2B trading environments is a plus.
