Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Product Expansion

  • Identify and develop new product lines in accessories and industrial equipment.

  • Strategically integrate new offerings into existing sales channels.

  • Lead market research to uncover opportunities in MRO and special consumables.

2. Sales Growth & Market Penetration

  • Expand the MRO consumables segment, focusing on high-value or specialized products.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Technical Sales Support

  • Provide technical consultation for welding consumables as required.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs.

  • Deliver product training and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Technical background in welding consumables is essential.

  • Proven experience in business development or industrial sales.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
