Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. You will be the face of our agency to prospective clients, developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your role is critical in connecting our TikTok expertise with the right brands who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients aligned with our TikTok services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across industries (e-commerce, FMCG, fashion, education, etc.).
  • Present and pitch agency capabilities to potential clients, including campaign strategy and case studies.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and account servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Attend relevant events, networking sessions, and digital marketing circles to grow visibility and partnerships.
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital, media, or influencer marketing).
  • Deep interest or experience in TikTok or short-form video trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong local market knowledge and network in Singapore.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Previous experience in a digital/creative agency setting.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or affiliate marketing.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales/revenue targets.
