Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage potential SME clients through phone outreach and various lead generation strategies.

  • Understand clients’ businesses, industries, and financial needs to offer tailored corporate banking solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings, and executing agreements.

  • Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Manage and grow sales pipeline.

  • Receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

  • Offer a suite of corporate and business banking facilities from both local and international banks and financial institutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.

  • Prior experience in SME financial services, banking, or telecalling (in any sector) will be considered a plus.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (large number of SME directors are mandarin speaking)

  • Confident and comfortable with prospecting via phone and in-person client meetings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Positive work attitude with a drive to achieve results.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic salary starting from $3,000 with uncapped commission and cash incentives

  • Performance-based bonus and salary increment

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
