Your new role

Candidate will be responsible to achieve business key performance indicators by driving the sales force through effective management of markets assigned and prompt support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve AUM growth targets and organizational goals.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing outreach plans, including training sessions, webinars, and focused campaigns, to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective distributors.
  • Understand the investment objectives and needs of the target audience, offering tailored investment advisory services and recommending appropriate fund offerings and investment solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and uncover untapped opportunities across public, private, and alternative markets.
  • Utilize market insights to design innovative investment products and strategies, supporting product development initiatives that address market demands and align with distributor feedback.
  • Monitor, track, and report on business development efforts, including pipeline progress and AUM growth metrics, ensuring stakeholders are updated on performance and strategic outcomes.
  • Manage all company communication channels, ensuring consistent distribution support while upholding high standards of client support and communication quality.
