About the Role

  1. Business development role for Direct team through direct account and affinity source
  2. To source clientele through networking events and creating a pipeline to close leads
  3. Work with underwriters and operational teams to propose the best deals for the client and the company.

New Business

  1. To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets.
  2. To assist in developing new avenues of business
  3. To build and develop existing relationships with intermediaries
  4. To ensure quotations are issued within TAT of 48 hrs.

Business Development

  1. Organize sales & operations training where required for clients/intermediaries
  2. Liaise mainly with internal stakeholders to achieve positive results
  3. Handle data and system entry for quotations
  4. Manage sales quotation activities log
