Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build strong relationship with exiting long-term and new partnerships to increase revenue

  • Lead BD team to strategize new business markets and model for future growth

  • Source for new account and develop new channels for manufactured F&B related products (eg: ready to eat food/pastries, sauces)

  • Identify prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking platforms / events to open doors and create new business opportunities.

  • Keeping track of record all business activities, track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Providing F&B institutional catering solutions tailored to clients business needs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, F&B, service, or hospitality industry will be advantage

  • Experienced in B2B – both account management and new business channels

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers

  • Able to work with a lean team with minimal supervision or guidance

  • Familiarity with the F&B institutional catering market is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional soft skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, a strong team player and able to work with other supporting departments
