Business Development Manager Security & Facility Manpower Services
    The Business Development Manager for Security & Facility Manpower Services will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts for security guards, housekeeping staff, and facility personnel. Your primary responsibility will involve expanding the client base by establishing strategic B2B relationships and generating revenue across public and private sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new clients in the field of Security and Housekeeping manpower outsourcing.- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments to understand client requirements.- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and administrative heads.- Manage the end-to-end business development process, including pitching, proposal submission, pricing negotiations, and deal closures.- Collaborate closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Stay updated on market trends, proactively generate leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and corporate vendor empanelments to secure new business opportunities.- Maintain a well-organized sales funnel and provide regular reports using CRM tools or Excel trackers.Candidate Profile:- Possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in B2B sales within the Security, Housekeeping, or Facility manpower services domain.- Strong local network and adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.- Willingness to travel across India as and when required.- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Education: Graduate (MBA qualification preferred).This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, based in New Delhi (Palam).
