Job Scope:

  • Business Expansion: Identify and secure new installation locations for our power bank rental service, leveraging external agencies for rapid growth.
  • Strategic Sales & Partnerships: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new merchants and business partners, driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Growth & Pipeline Development: Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion strategy to ensure continuous growth.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to enhance operations, improve customer experience, and streamline business processes.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Experience in power bank sharing, co-sharing services, gift card distribution, or digital payment solutions would be a plus.
  • Candidates with established networks in the hotel industry, shopping malls, event management, or merchant acquisition are preferred.
